This design is the end result of a process of helping rebrand a local (to Houston) real estate company owned by Scott Schwandt.
eNewHomes works directly with home builders to find the best market deals for new homes. The goal is for people to use his new web site (eNewHomes.com) to register and search for new homes in several areas around Houston. Eventually they will offer access to other cities around Texas, but for now they are focusing on the Houston market.
The logo is designed with a Web 2.0 look and conveys the “e” in the company’s name—again reinforcing their accessibility through the internet.
We are currently working with Scott and the fine folks at eNewHomes in the development of their new web site (which should be launching sometime in September 2009).
